dsh-plugin-deep-paper-reading: Structured Close Reading of a Single Biomedical Paper

`dsh-plugin-deep-paper-reading` is a workflow plugin in the DeepSeek Harness (DSH) ecosystem, designed for structured close reading of biomedical papers at the figure and experiment level. Through a preset mode, it can generate a figure–caption mapping table, decompose experimental elements, reconstruct the logical chain, and strictly define evidence boundaries, ultimately producing a report that can be used directly in a journal club. Users can install it via CLI or Desktop and start using it by selecting “Literature Close Reading Mode” and entering a command. Note that this plugin relies on toolchains such as Python to parse PDFs, and Installation Method 1 may carry a risk of configuration override. It is intended only for close reading of a single paper.
